A "Green City" Summit:

The Huntsville Green City Summit was born from a vision to unite our community under the banner of sustainability. The Summit was more than an event; it was a catalyst for enduring change. As the founder and chairman, I had the privilege of leading a collective effort that culminated in the announcement of Huntsville’s Council for Green Sustainability, Green 13. My active participation in this council was part of a larger commitment to fostering a community that prioritizes economic, inclusive, and environmental sustainability. Even after my move in 2017, our seeds continued to flourish. Today, Green 13 stands as a testament to Huntsville’s leadership in Alabama, driving ongoing investment and making the community a beacon of green innovation.

"Going Green" Celebration

The Green U Festival emerged as a celebration of our community’s commitment to sustainable living. As its founder and chairman, I orchestrated an event transforming Huntsville’s green scene. We welcomed over 8,000 attendees and engaged with 48 local businesses and organizations, creating a vibrant tapestry of environmentally conscious ideas and practices. The festival’s success was a testament to the power of community engagement and the shared desire for a healthier planet. It was here, amidst the buzz of innovation and camaraderie, that I truly understood the impact of uniting people around a common cause.

Racing For Education:

I crafted personalized email and social media content for an inspiring cyclist as a pro-bono effort. He was part of an eight-member team competing in Race Across America (RAAM). This integrated marketing campaign helped him raise $20k, contributing to the team’s impressive $160k donation to a new school. My tailored narrative played a significant role in his success, highlighting the impact of strategic, community-focused marketing in the non-profit sector.
